Wind Ensemble
The wind ensemble provides advanced instruction in instrumental technique and
musicianship. During the course of the year, the wind ensemble explores
various styles and periods of music. The wind ensemble also performs in winter
and spring concerts. Members are expected to strive for a high level of
performance. The wind ensemble executes music from the Florida Bandmasters
Association approved music list. This group participates in District and State
Music Performance Assessment. The wind ensemble focuses on grade 4, 5, and 6
literature. Membership is limited to Magnet students who participate in
the marching band.
